THE PROCESS

STEP 1: Choosing your project

We recommend searching for ideas and inspiration on Pinterest.
Select your desired project - if you find something you like but want to make personal adjustments, simply specify these changes.

STEP 2: Submitting Your Personalization Information

Send this email - support@projectok.shop - all the details of your project, including dimensions, colors, materials, Pinterest photos, etc.
Add any special requirements - if you have specific wishes or needs, be sure to include them in the description.

STEP 3: Cost Estimation and Confirmation

Wait for our response - we will review your request and contact you to discuss the details and estimate the cost of the project.
Confirm your order - once all details and costs are agreed upon, confirm your order by paying through your preferred payment method.
If you need modifications to one of our existing plans, the cost typically ranges from $200 to $300. For a completely new and custom design tailored specifically to your needs, the price can range from $300 to $800. However, if your project is particularly complex or requires additional features, the costs may be higher.

STEP 4: Project Implementation

Typically, We require full payment for your project upfront. However, we understand that flexibility can be important, so we also offer the option to pay half the cost upfront and the remaining balance after the design is finalized, if that works better for you. Additionally, please note that we may offer custom plans for sale on our website. If you prefer to have exclusive rights to the design, an additional fee will apply.
Manufacturing process - we will begin working on your personal project, taking into account all agreed details.
Within one week, we will send you a first 3D model of your project. The project cost includes up to three revisions of these 3D models for the best possible realization of your idea.
Once the 3D model is approved, we will proceed with the execution of the project. The written version's implementation time is 3-4 weeks, but we will strive to complete the project sooner.
Before shipment, the project undergoes a quality standards compliance check.

STEP 5: Delivery

Receive your project - we ensure safe and timely delivery of your personal order to the specified email address.
